@@sudarshansanecha4416 cool, how many weeks, I'm currently trying to do 1 or 2 of these workouts per evening and about 3 times a week, I'll step it up to 4 to 5 sessions a week.

As a pole dancer I have a strong core and abs so all the online workouts are definitely for light home fitness ; not for athletes. yours is definitely the only workout that works and feels the intensity 🔥!!! Finally a new workout! I was looking for challenging core workouts for a long time since most of the workouts are for beginners even though they are taged as "advanced". And then I finally found you. I like the intensity and the endurance focus a lot. Best core workouts on the internet. 💪

Hi Milly! I’ve been doing your routines for 3 months now, 5-6 days a week, and I can finally do the whole thing through without breaks, this routine and obliques, still have difficulty with lower abs. This is great, thank you very much! You are amazing! And I’m sorry for all the swearing at you and I did a lot of it!!!😂

Im obsessed Milli! I started training for skills rather than looks somt time ago and i feel so much better when i dont check if im "small" or "toned" but strong and slowly better at simplier skills like push up(yes for me it is a skill cause im 23 and never was able to do them) and one day i hope to get to handstands!

Am besten ist, dass ich mich jeden Monat steigern kann, weil du so zuverlässig hochlädst :)) mittlerweile schaffe ich alle deine Core Workouts hintereinander (Auch wenn das für dich wahrscheinlich ein Witz ist :') ) Und deine Workouts motivieren mich immer weiter zu machen

ich trainiere am liebsten meine Bauchmuskeln ich mache L sit und leg raises und plank und toast a bar haste du du eine gute übung für die seitliche Bauchmuskelatur die ist bei mir realative schwach hast du mal lust auf eine Bauch muskelatur challange ich bin vom Typ denke ich sehr ähnlich sehr schlank und durch trainiert lass einfach mal zum spass eine plank challange machen wenn du bock hast ich bin selber auch noch nicht 18 und nochmal respekt für die form meine schwester redet sich immer raus ja ich bin ne frau und deswegen liege ich soweit zurück naja du bist ein gutes beispiel das man es schaffen kann auch als frau mega durch trainiert zu sein

I do 6-10 hours of workouts every day :) 💪 and i mix a lot of exercises. i do 3 of those at night before i eat dinner haha.

That is totally okay. Pause as often as you need to. just make sure to do the exercises with proper form. that is the one thing you MUST do when doing workouts :)
