I’ve been struggling so much to find exercises that I can do with my MS, especially now that I’m motivated to lose about 70 lbs. This work out pushed me, but it was still doable. I’m very excited to implement these workouts in my weight loss journey and as I try to build strength and improve some of my symptoms. Thank you!

To be honest if these exercises are very challenging it might be because 2 Reasons 1 you could possibly have a bulging disc they could be mistaken for the MS which is coming because that kind of stuff paralyzed people but they don't tell you that that's why I just don't see a neurologist I see the best doctor that is because that's what you have to do when you have MS
