definitely be careful with the bar bells, i once put a hair brush into my eye ball, from trying to style a hair cut, that required me to keep my arms up, and my arms fell, and i put the hair brush bristles into my eye ball. It is one of other injuries to my eye, but it was not pleasant. so be careful with the barbells over your head. the longer with the exercise, the less stability, with some things. the problem with physical therapists, is they usually want to see improvements, and there is not always improvements, and can lead to a great deal of down time. The issue with sedintary life, is weight gain even if watching the calories, with the amount of exercise, and trying to maintain to not lead to diabeties, or any other conditions. etc. it is not a matter of mind control, like when i was in the military it was by mind over matter, that is not how it is with ms. it is not whether you want to, or if you are trying or not, etc. that is not it at all. etc. Most times the damage is done. I have also had bad injuries, lyme disease also. etc. so it is several things, it maybe a little different..

Better off working on his posture! I have had MS 25 years and can see what he needs to work on! MS society are so far behind. He's very stiff in his hips strength exercises don't work very well with MS because it is not the muscles that have the problem! Coordination is the problem starts off with good posture .

I have 7 years since I got diagnosed with Ms, and I'm just recently noticed that I'm having trouble with my balance while stading with or without heels. 😞

I think the instructor should watch the people to see if they’re having trouble or needing help. We know he can do the exercises. Good job everyone, except he didn’t see how anyone was doing!

I guess he doesn’t want to be hard on them.

I hope this helps, gonna try these too...I have MS since 3 years. Wish to run!! Can MS patients plan pregnancy ??

I was diagnosed 7 years ago, I've been on Tysabri for 6 years and have a healthy 2-year-old. I remained on my treatment throughout my entire pregnancy, so it is possible! Speak with your neurologist about risk factors prior to trying! Wishing you all the best on your MS Journy! Remember, this is only a part of our story, not the ending 🙏🏾

Lost me on the first "exercise." I haven't walked without an assistive device in more than 10 years. I'll stick with aquatics and the stationary bike.

Dudes not even mindful of the patients plowing through his regimen disregarding the guys doing it. While I believe these methods are probably great maybe explaining it with more mindfulness and care but what do I know?
