"You date with the intent to marry" How many times I've heard this from leadership is countless.

I think a large part of the problem is because the CMP’s (aka Clueless Married People) who dominate most churches, often in leadership roles (i.e. Pastors, etc.) & who were married young themselves, have no problem giving singles bad advice to singles. Their typical recommendation is to “just wait”.

The author of the book I kissed dating goodbye Josh Harris is no longer a Christian so I don’t even know if we should be taking his advice on church related issues such as dating etc…

The Passion Translation is not a translation but rather a projection of worldly values to what the Passion authors wanted the God/Bible to say and it should not be endorsed as the true word of God.

I felt like I misunderstood when she said that lady was in her 40s?!?! I was like excuse me....40 where? Nobody looks 40 yrs old here! Not really even 30s either. That's the favor of the Lord wow

Yes, the lady in black said that she and the man were in their 30s and the divorcee in red was in her 40s. IDK why that would be hard to believe. It's not like they would hire ugly or haggard people to be on TV. 😀

Maybe don’t expect what you don’t even have.. you can’t get upset because a girl isn’t rich good looking for a position of authority if you are not good, looking or a position of authority.. Sometimes it’s not about being the best person it sometimes just about being a good date.
