Notable features for Hercule regarding Skill: He beat spopovich and actually legitimately won tournaments with his own strength, and we literally see Hercule make Spopovich (pre-babidi buff) look like fodder, he actually no diffs him and launches him across the arena from the center to off the arena, which is ACTUALLY superhuman. This counts as an insane skill and strength feat to be able to just play around with someone like that. Edit 1: 11/16/2024 - Additional note, Hercule almost blitzes someone with a gun and the animators give him a afterimage effect to show just how fast he was. We see the gunman get confused just before rushing to shoot Hercule, dude didnt even really see Hercule move, he was just reacting to him dissapearing.

But it's worth noting that Hercule has WITH FULL CANON pulled a freaking bus with his bare hands. and this wasn't him faking he really did this. To be fair, even if maybe it's not scaling that much (and also GT is non canon) we need to remember how older Satan STILL one shotted a group of Baby infected people, and I'm like, half sure Baby infected persons do get some kind of power boost, so even at one of his lowest canonical power (to argue if Cell saga Satan was weaker or not) he still scaled massively above regular humans.

Given that neither character can really damage the other the battle would probably come down to hax and personality. Homelander could pick Mr. Satan up and fly him into space or a volcano or the middle of the ocean and that would kind of be it. He could also try intimidating the skittish Hercule into giving up. He'd have to put on a very good performance for that since Homelander is a good 3 inches shorter than Mr. Satan.

not only is Mr Satan able to accidentally dodge kid Buus attacks making him at least at light speed (kid Buu is at least massively faster than light) but he has a power level of over 100 making him around moon level but if Homelander launches Mr Satan into space Buu would save him (you could say that’s cheating but throwing Mr Satan into space and letting him die by natural conditions isn’t exactly a fair fight) Homelander also most likely couldn’t throw him all the way up there to where he can’t just fall back down.

Nice assessment. I think it might be a stalemate, but I want Hercule to win, because despite his cheapness, his posturing, and his clownish idiocy... he's a good person at heart. When the chips were down, he bluffed his way into saving the world (using his rep to fuel the spirit bomb, calming majin Buu...) He even just gave Goku a suitcase full of cash if I remember correctly because later on, he knows he's not the best. But he still uses his absurd talents to help people. He does deserve credit. He played key roles in defeating both Cell and Kid Buu in situations where he knew the degree of danger he was in. Even Piccolo admitted that his befriending of Buu came closer to ending the threat than anything the z-fighters had done at that point, and he legitimately respected Satan for it. At the end of Z, the main characters genuinely have respect for Satan because even though his claim to be the world’s strongest is fraudulent, he has legitimate feats of heroism.

The thing is, in the mobile game Dragonball Legends, the highest rarity for characters is Ultra and we got Kid Buu. Well characters have a thing called a ‘main’ which just heals them and gives them a really powerful move, and Ultra Kid Buu’s main says, “Universal-Level Majin Threat” which you could say means that DBZ characters can be ATLEAST universal level. And for Hercule to dodge those attacks from kid buu without looking or knowing he was about to get hit means that Hercule IS PAST UNIVERSAL LEVEL IN SPEED AND CAN ONE SHOT HOMELANDER WITH A SINGLE RUNNING PUNCH

Homelander should not be assumed to be capable of surviving a nuke. And certainly not a Tsar Bomb. The comic tells us that a nuke was kept in his proximity as a fail-safe when he was growing up. And it was made pretty clear that it WOULD succeed in killing him. The issue however came about when he was granted freedom of movement. They still wanted a fail-safe in place, even after he seemingly proved that he could be relied on as Vought's leading hero. And it was judged that a nuke would be impractical, both due to the collateral damage, and due to the fact that he could potentially escape the blast radius or destroy the delivery system. Which led to the decision to create Black Noir (his clone in the original continuity) to shadow Homelander's movements and kill him if he went out of control. Being given the cover story of being Homelander's sidekick.

@@CZPC No it didn't. We're told that he grew up with a nuke ready to go off if he ever looked sideways as a kid. And they decided they'd need a new method after he grew up and became mobile because a nuke was no longer "practical". Not because it wouldn't work. But because his new freedom of movement would mean they could no longer detonate a nuke in an environment with few casualties. The final arc shows how durable Homelander and his clone are when faced with military hardware. The results are pitiful. Depleted uranium rounds and tank rounds from just a small force of soldiers, humvees, and tanks are more than sufficient to mobility kill them. They do not have a prayer against a direct hit from a nuke.

I know, or a least hope, you’re joking. DBS anime filler isn’t canon. Hercule/Satan was one shot by a bullet. He’s not even Goku chapter 1 level. Satan is a normal human martial artist with human (albeit fairly impressive) feats but not superhuman. Satan is the best martial artist in a very weak era. Previous human martial artists with actual super human feats like Nam, Pamput or Chappa would fodderize Satan. And I won’t even mention Kame and Tsuru sennin and their disciples.

Regular my butt. The guy at a minimum punches through metal, can somewhat avoid gunfire, and has legitimately beaten humans who really push the idea of being regular humans. If you want to lowball him, you need to do the same for homelander, and if you want to highball him, again do the same for homelander. As for filler, what non filler showings does Hercule have again? He still at least matches homelander in durability, and reaction times, so even at worst he still puts up a fight. I think it's also fair to say that statements shouldn't count for either, or for both, along side scaling, so in which case homelander is actually no stronger, as the nuke thing has ever been shown, or downright weaker if we do allow for statements, in which case hercule has survived being smacked away by at minimum a star destroying being, and who himself is at a minimum far beyond planetary. Hell, if we include things like games for them both, Hercule absolutely curbstomps Jon.
