I think what would happen would be something like, the SCP Foundation would feel it necessary to try to contain them despite knowing the good they can do, and would try to trick them into letting them contain them, as discussed. Goku would unwittingly let them anesthetize him, but the skeptical Vegeta would deceive them and avoid having it happening to him. Both are considered Keter-level SCPs at that point; with Goku contained, Vegeta would be considered an active threat. Perhaps they release some stronger SCPs on Vegeta to try to get him in, while some of the other Z-fighters try to break the two out (Bulma may have knowledge of the Foundation). Internal conflict between the SCP Foundation members would result in one of them helping get Goku free, but perhaps a wish on the Dragon Balls is necessary to restore his memory. Finally, the less moral SCP Foundation members opt to sic SCP-682 on Goku and Vegeta, but the other Z-fighters, with a bit of guidance from the more amicable SCP Foundation members, help them defeat and re-contain SCP-682.
