Find some silence as you allow yourself to rest. Don’t give away all your waking hours to noise. This is not a stolen moment. It has always belonged to you. Even if your own time is only available to you as you fall asleep, enjoy it as if you are floating on a gentle lake of solitude. Stay with yourself in the quiet. Indulge in it like you are nestling into a soft blanket.

I ❤ how speakers that come on this platform always try to sell us a pretty image of an Orwellian nightmare.. Destroy your phones and anything that collects data on you!

Well I personally find this so interesting and useful! 10 years ago I toured an ambulance/emergency services company that introduced me to their predictive software that they used to position ambulances In areas that were most likely to need them at any specific time. Very cool!

Prefer to leave your phone at home while jogging? Health insurance rates go up. Like to listen to things in bed? Same. Someone has and keeps and will share with The System exactly where I was for every minute of the past month? To the extent possible, NO. Makes me want to self medicate just thinking about it. Binge drinking. Nice suggestion.

No it could not!! I have for YEARS had my phone show a history of " likes" and " watched" videos constantly show up that I'm not intrested in and or didn't watch, this continually sticks me in a rut of videos geared at staying " dumber down" man if your basing evidence on pho e information where all hooped❤

I can see the value of this concept as a tool and I support it. But at the same time I will probably buy an old school phone just to make sure this tool can't be used on me. I will be against such a tool becoming mandatory/would support my freedom to not to carry any devices using such tool.

This sounds like something Apple could integrate into their health app. It’s our data, and that data should remain with us unless we allow it to be shared. If this data could be a useful tool for the individual, then provide it to the individual. 🤷🏻‍♀️🤓😁

HATE THIS! Data, and the colection of it is able to be done with unbeliveable speed. The human brain dealing with whatever mental health issue, needs time and life experience to catch up. Usage of data in this way is not only an invasion of privacy, but seems like an easy tool to attempt to force someone into doing something they're not ready for. Simply because an algirithm determined it by their person online data.

Well said - thank you. Unfortunately, this is how are Orwellian nightmare starts - present a benign/useful case for collecting data and violating privacy, and then branch off from there to use the data in whatever ways necessary to achieve the goals of the 1% class.

I understand the value of predicting mental health for those dealing with disorders. For sure, the data and the tools are available for those that want it (by choice). I, similarly, am on a mission of predicting numbers, win the jackpot, and share it with others! Smartphones keep us connected, so maybe it can be done through the collective mental focus. Is it possible? I don't know, but I am trying... 🍀
