I know I’m commenting after the verdict, but it’s its interesting to read such comments on here of so many people who either just makes things up (such as you did) or you received disinformation on such a regular basis that you’re not even aware of it. Not only did they not have a reasonable suspicion of him being armed it was in fact a clear cut murder. They didn’t even have the minimum requirement of a citizen’s arrest, because that would require you to witness a felony which they didn’t. Not only did they not witness a felony it turns out that nothing was ever stolen from the house per Larry English who is the owner of the property! This was such an egregious miscarriage of justice by not arresting these pair that the prosecutor was indicted. Which never ever happens no matter how poor of a decision they make. He has no reason to lie. If anything he probably would've lied and said that something was stolen. And, to make a citizen's arrested you have to witness a crime that day. No crime was committed by Ahmed Aubery. And, that wasn't even their property to begin with. You can carry your gun, but what you can't do is hunt someone down in a vehicle, have your gun drawn (shotgun), then claim self-defense when a person tries to defend themselves when they clearly knows they're being hunted down to be slaughtered.
