I appreciate Court tv exposing this lawyer so I’d never hire him. He doesn’t understand basic reality. I’ve actually been in fights and punched men in the face with bare knuckles. Never had marks like that, just a lot of swelling. Canton PD doesn’t investigate homicides, Duhhh. They only briefly searched immediately around the body, it was on video!!!! Duh. The tailight was traveling at 24 mph too, Nick, of course it’s not going to drop right to the ground after impact!!! Duh!!

They are all very, very busy with a broken taillight. A broken taillight can never break from hitting a car into a person because the person is not stationary and there is no resistance. If you push him with a car the perso is gonna fall down but the light will not brake. The only way that it would break is if it knocks into something that is stationary and does not move. Therefore, the whole tail light fairy tale is bogus and I hope the defense is on it

Oh yeah! They have dash cam footage of KR’s car when one of the officers went to someone’s house, and there was a clear view of the taillight. There was only one small hole in it. It was the same size of hole that the forensic experts couldn’t piece together. That’s why the defense attorney zoomed in on it while she was discussing it.

I totally agree with you. My Dad was physically struck by a speeding car on a similar kind of night. He was down on a state highway helping pull a woman’s car out of a ditch. It was a drunk driver who didn’t even know what he hit. He struck my Dad with the headlight and turn signal area of his car. The man was going 60mph. Neither the headlight nor the turn signal was even cracked not alone busted out completely like they want the jury to believe! It’s total BS!! 🤦🏼‍♀️

Absolutely! My heart goes out to the family of John O’Keefe. His family deserves justice, and it truly breaks my heart that this police department handled this investigation so poorly! I had 2 family members who were brutally murdered in July of 2020, and I have an even deeper appreciation for the homicide detectives over the investigation! I can’t even imagine how John O’Keefe’s family feels about how carelessly the investigators handled this case! I know that I would be livid about it! This should’ve been handed over to an outside investigator who didn’t know any of them! The DA’s office should’ve made sure of it, bc that’s what the objective is on every single case to get justice no matter who is responsible for it. Every angle and possibility should’ve been investigated.

You can see between 6:13:54 and 6:13:55 glitch again in the Sallyport where there is a glitch of time looking at the three people at the back of Karen’s car. The guy at the front of the video disappears as well. The blue numbers for the second counter are off as well at the same time between 53 and 54. You can see the cut even in the seconds. During the glitch. The seconds continue after the glitch and jump again from 1 to 8 seconds then the video ends. Very suspicious. 🤨

I haven’t heard anything about that yet, but I do know that the defense has dash cam footage of the back of KR’s car when a police officer goes to someone’s house. It doesn’t have the entire taillight missing. It only shows a small hole missing. The same amount as the missing piece that defense has them zoom in during the forensic expert on the stand. That was intentional, bc when the defense has their turn they are going to show it.

She obviously knows the difference. But experts in one subject aren’t supposed to give testimony on areas they do not have expertise in. I’m an attorney, and she was right to say she wasn’t comfortable giving testimony on that. I’m surprised defense counsel even asked the question because he knew she was not qualified as an expert in that area. Expert witnesses play a very limited role and can give very limited testimony. There are a ton of rules surrounding what they can and can’t say.

The prostitution theory is John was holding a cup when he was hit by the car and part of the broken glass from that cup was recovered from the bumper of KR's car. However most of the glass recovered from the bumper didn't match the cup that was found at the scene. Only one piece did match....... Where did the rest of the glass come from? It's not like glass is a normal thing to find on the bumper of a car. So how is there glass from multiple sources on KR's bumper? Did someone pick up glass from the ground (pretty normal to find glass from multiple sources on the ground) and place it on the bumper? Seems like the most logical conclusion.
