He's not an addict. He's a dealer. In my rehab we had a few guys who everyone knew were not addicts. They lied to the Judge and said they were slaves to their addictions and the drugs made them do it, and they wanted to get sober and turn their lives around and help people by telling their stories. Their lawyers lie for them. Instead of being sent to prison, they got sent to rehab and a sober house and outpatient treatment programs. They have great cars and guns guns guns and money money money, and they have no conscience. They can charm the socks off of your feet. "Yes, Ma'am", "No, Sir", "I love my mama".... What a conman.

Why else would he shave his head bald when he went to prison but to hide any follicle testing to prove or disprove his drug habit. I've not seen one pic of Alec sporting a buzz cut except in his jail house pics. However Maggie's sister said he was on drugs and that Paul was the one who'd find and destroy them. So unless the whole family was in on that grift prior to their deaths or he really was on them. Idk which to believe.

@@RLFinTX going thru Google pulling up his images, the image I am recalling of him being indicted was in August of 2022 and he has a clean shaven head. He was "shot" in oct 2021. If his head was fully shaved then, he'd have grown it back 10 months later when his indictment pic was taken with the blue scrubs on. I'm bored, so I guess I'll dig around and see if I can find other photos between him being shot and him going to jail, lol.
@Lexielouwho Жыл бұрын
@@RLFinTX ok so my boredom won over. Nope he had hair after being shot. His bond hearing for insurance fraud for faking the roadside killing event, he had a head of hair. They even commented that you can't see where he'd been shot. Another article in 2022 says he showed up to court with a jailhouse buzz cut. I really thought you could be correct since I myself have had 2 brain surgeries and they buzzed my head for them to cut down on any possible means of causing infection to the wound. So I thought damn why didn't I think of that, lol. But upon going down a rabbit hole out of shear boredom, lol, it doesn't appear he got the buzz till much later than his "being shot in the head" days.

All it takes is one juror trying to gain favor with the murdaugh family to hang this case. The case should have been moved out of his home turf. Cheers sweetie.
@Lexielouwho Жыл бұрын
@@Julia-uh4li I get that but that swings both ways, they too get more time to fine tune their case. That would give Alex time to correct all his errors to fit the case just as he's trying to do with the snap chat video. And it also gives them time to assert their prominence as a family to try and scare the next jury so their will be at least one person to hang it too. I just think it was totally wrong to keep it in the county that he wielded so much control of. It should be moved. There's only so many hang juries before they stop trying the person. Blessings to you!

Obvious to me that the person who shot paul was walking backwards after the first shot and tripped over the raised door sill. If the shooter was laying on his back as Paul leaned against the door, it would explain the angle of the shotgun for the second fatal shot. It is common for people engaged in shootings to fall while moving backwards while shooting. Many shooting instructors will teach to always move forward or sideways while shooting to avoid the fall.

If someone shoots a shotgun and they were not steady on their feet, braced for the POWER of the gun, it could knock the shooter backwards, even to their knees, if they were not fully planted on the feet as they shoot. Therefore…. Yes they would be shooting that 2nd shot to Paul from a lower angle.

Was the person/persons on the ground when they shot them?? It’s very odd that the trajectory on both is going up or in Maggie’s case straight into her head. So odd. Terribly sad….

Watch the all inclusive, detailed witness testimony of the lady pathologist. Keep in mind that Maggie and Paul were both much shorter than their killer or killer could have been crouched (Maggie was only 5'1.) Listen to the 1st AND 2nd day of testimony of the lady pathologist 2/14, 2/15 which was fantastic. Paul was ambushed in the feed room. He did not fall with the first shot fired. Maggie was clearly trying to flee when her son had been shot, his brains extruded. Again, pathologist was amazing with her testimony. Also listen to the wonderful expert witness, Mr Greer, a firearms expert. Pathologist explains wadding, stipple and why the entrance and exit wounds were as they were.... Just hideous.

@@susanstephenson648 Ok…I did get part way through the second day with the lady pathologist, but honestly thought I was going to be sick. I’ll have to go back and rewatch it. I totally missed Mr Greers testimony. Thank you. 😊👍🏻

The phone battery died /locked when Paul did...saving the video. Alex admitted taking the phone out of Paul's pocket
@DonnaLena1 Жыл бұрын
Alex said that the phone “popped out “ of Paul’s pocket when Alex tried to turn him over. I think Alex rolled Paul upwards enough to get the phone out of the back pocket. He was concerned about that phone but he didn’t know about the Snapchat video about Cash’s tail.

I knew for sure he was guilty even without this testimony. Of course, the conviction has already taken place. I hadn't seen all witnesses so I double backed to this expert. Alex had to know his goose was cooked with this testimony. He hadn't even considered a murder suicide, but that was promptly ruled out.

I think I would have replaced a door that my son’s blood, etc had been on as well as the markings from the pellets that shot him. I wouldn’t have just washed and repainted the door.

@@Pippie807 I think I heard the 1st responding officer, on his body radio, speaking to other responders that night say to each other something about Maggie’s hair being everywhere (when they pulled sheet up for some reason). This was a 30+ min video shown in middle of story. If I find it, I’ll reference.

I will never understand this. How can you kill your own child? And with a shotgun!? I don't think most people realize just how devastating a gun shot wound is with a shotgun compared to a handgun or even a rifle. It explodes. It destroys. Poor Paul man my god. I just can't wrap my head around it. Regardless of what Paul and Maggie were like they still didn't deserve this and by Alex of all people. They both knew who was taking their lives as it happened.

My opinion on how the second shot to Paul went down and why it seems the shooter had to bend down or be a short person -- The space in the dog food room were Paul was standing was very small, so the shooter walks up ,shoots him and then backed out of the feed room right outside the door, squats down and when Paul gets to the door, the shooter takes the kill shot.
@robinwolfe2217 Жыл бұрын
I think, he did not expect Paul to live, Paul walked towards AM, AM walking backwards, falls over the doorway, second shot upwards into Paul. kill shot. I wonder if Paul fell dead on him

You don’t need Court TV to watch the trial. It’s being livestreamed by other channels on KZbin. Emily D Baker is a lawyer, I recommend her channel.
@heidistewart1108 Жыл бұрын
@@mercyp7151 Wow, I was only trying to help. Emily is smart, there’s absolutely no question about that. She’s an expert in her field, which is law. I’m sorry if you don’t like her purple hair or her use of foul language but that doesn’t make her a bad mother. I’m sure her children are getting a much better upbringing from a successful woman who’s making money from livestreaming trials than someone who’s got the time to watch Court TV all day. You sound awful.

Vinnie, i watched your closing arguments and i don’t think you should have put that out there that Maggie said Eddie in the kennel video ( because your friend from FB pointed it out ) no way she said Eddie ! She said “ hey, he’s got a bird in his mouth” so now if the defense was watching court tv tonight, they will definitely use it to put in the jurors heads! Because they have no defense and grasping for straws at this point! And even if Eddie was there the universe knows alex was there too! Anyway i watch you every night, love you and love your show always ❤
