Not to mention there are no toilets in a passenger car. Where else was she supposed to go? These were not normal people who behaved rationally in situations. A normal person would clean their kids up after an accident. It comes with the territory of being a parent. These people went to a methadone clinic instead of doing the normal parent thing. This is so heartbreaking because I know people who want to be parents and would have adopted her in a heartbeat and given her a happy and healthy life.

She was terrified to even ask to go to the bathroom because the poor darling was punished for simply existing. She probably became conditioned to not know when it was safe to say anything because she would be punished, so eventually she stopped trying. He was angry at her when she did ask for help, and mad at her when she didn't. For all we know she developed a UTI from having to live in dirty clothes, not being bathed regularly and from holding it in. The internal emotional agony as well as the physical agony of that is heartwrenching to imagine. Can't help but wish the worst on that coward.

I hope that the truth of where Harmony's body is will come out while he is behind bars by one of his fellow inmates. I beg of you, his fellow inmates, help us find out where Harmony's body is. Another really impressive part for me was how fluidly he was able to wrap in the defense’s closing claims into what seemed to me as a well written closing. The ability to pull that into an already prepped argument was beautiful to me. I was honestly very impressed and at points shocked at how seamless it was. Beautiful job by the two prosecutors. Powerful opening and closing statements. I am not in that room but I can feel the power of the words and the truth you can feel it in the air. Harmony's story was told but it was told with respect and the most gentle way. I can feel it in the air right now that she is heading towards peace. I am full of hope that someday through leveraging the sentence that possibly Harmony's body will be found. We all know that he knows where it is but until he's found guilty maybe he won't give it back

Well prepared and presented credible close from the Prosecution. Go Agati. What a contrast to the lame Defence position. If he gets off I hope the defence pair who have been less than pathetic and ineffectual the whole way through this trial and rude and disparaging never get a good night’s sleep again and are riddled with guilt for the part they have played in this circus of lies.
@wanimalus

Agati's prepared and credible closing statement truly highlighted the strength of the prosecution's case. It's disappointing to see such a contrast with the defense's approach. Justice must prevail, and if the defendant is acquitted despite the prosecution's efforts, it's disheartening. Hopefully, those responsible for the defense's ineffectiveness will reflect on their actions and strive for better in the future.
