I'm glad I found this video too! I had seen a video by someone else about a year ago about transforming a composition notebook into a recipe book. But I think I like this idea better. What I may be tempted to do is to make it a little thicker and add another notebook so that each notebook could have a category - for instance, main dishes, side dishes, desserts etc. I may have to play a little with the sizes of things like you do in creating these, but that's what helps a person make it "their own". Right? But you've given me a great foundation! I love the clear page idea as well, and the suggestion of the paper mat with the white paper and embellishment on it for people to jazz up. And I actually bought a recipe card stamp set about 6 months ago! That will come in SUPER handy! I will need to invest in one of those 1/8" punches for the elastic though! That looks very useful. Now here's to hoping I can find elastic too. With all the mask making, elastics are next to impossible to get your hands on! Thanks again for the great video. I concur with others that your video lengths are a great length. Long enough to show important details, but not too terribly long where you start to lose interest. You do a great job! :)

Your videos are never too long. They are so interesting and helpful. However I am still confused about the pocket divider. I understand the cutting and laminating but I don’t understand running it through the laminator the second time. Does it go back into another laminating pouch or do you just run it through the laminator? I just can’t wrap my head around it. Please help me. Thank you!

If you have a Daiso store near you they have 11 laminator sheets for a $1.50! They also carry double sided tape for same price. Do NOT use a 5 mil laminating sheet, it will buckle when you fold things. I made that mistake once. 5 mil is great for things that do not need folding.
