Anja, you are amazing. I have never seen so many stupid comments on such a nice FREE FOR EVERYONE video. People are just complainers now a days. Just ignore them as most of them sit on their butts all day doing nothing to contribute to the world...Thank you so much for all of your free and wonderful recipes!

This looks wonderful! Anja, I brought up your channel because two well-known male vegan cooks, whose names I've forgotten, said that you are the best, that no one can outdo you. I find that your recipes are simple, very creative, and delicious. Thank you so much for your hard work creating recipes and running a YT channel.

Nice! If anyone else is like me, I just don't like cumin much -- but have found that I can handle cumin in recipes as long as I add an equal amount of coriander seed (ground of course). Makes all the difference!

Yes I hope you and your family are faring well during this sad time. I come from the Northern California area where we've been plagued by wildfires over the last several seasons. My sister has been affected as well as my girlfriend who actually lost her home. We are all so grateful that was all that was lost. I wanted to ask if you can use raw onion instead of the onion flakes? If so would you have to use more because they aren't dehydrated? Thanks!

Hi Anja, I came across some of your older recipes and didn't realise you were still making videos. I just wanted to say, I think you're a lovely lady and you have a great attitude which makes you enjoyable to watch. While this type of cooking is not for me, I did recommend you to a young vegan girl today, who was struggling to cook even the simplest of vegan dishes (they looked absolutely awful and her poor boyfriend's face confirmed my suspicion.. poor bloke pretended to like them) Anyway, I good to see you are doing well, as I hope your son is. He looked so cute aged 14 (homemade hummus video)but must be around 20 by now(?) Keep up the good work!

R Wind no they would not! Chia seeds have a very different texture, and actually form a gel-like consistency when added to water. Hemp seeds act as a nut replacement in a way that chia can't! If it's easier to access, you could try substituting with sesame seeds or tahini, or even sunflower seeds or sunflower butter!
