Anja, you are amazing. I have never seen so many stupid comments on such a nice FREE FOR EVERYONE video. People are just complainers now a days. Just ignore them as most of them sit on their butts all day doing nothing to contribute to the world...Thank you so much for all of your free and wonderful recipes!

Yes I hope you and your family are faring well during this sad time. I come from the Northern California area where we've been plagued by wildfires over the last several seasons. My sister has been affected as well as my girlfriend who actually lost her home. We are all so grateful that was all that was lost. I wanted to ask if you can use raw onion instead of the onion flakes? If so would you have to use more because they aren't dehydrated? Thanks!

Thank you for your message. I really appreciate it. Sorry that your loved ones lost their homes. It's so sad. Raw onion would make it taste much stronger. You could start with a small piece and add more if needed.

@izzleinatizzle5 жыл бұрын
R Wind no they would not! Chia seeds have a very different texture, and actually form a gel-like consistency when added to water. Hemp seeds act as a nut replacement in a way that chia can't! If it's easier to access, you could try substituting with sesame seeds or tahini, or even sunflower seeds or sunflower butter!

Great that it's soy free too. Btw you eat the hemp hearts for the balanced Omega fat .. as you say .. you get protein from everything you eat, but it's the right kind of fats that you need to watch to get enough of.
