Great video and straight to the point, I originally started supplementing creatine for the gym and muscle growth, but quickly realised the positive effects it's had on my mental wellbeing as well. Additionally, research has found that creatine increases lifespan, muscle strength and cardiovascular health. Creatine is one of the few supplements I plan to take for the foreseeable future and urge others to try the same. However, it's important to be aware of the increased water intake required, and to be very cautious if you have kidney disorders.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience 😊 It may have helped 'seal the deal' for someone contemplating trying this supplement 👍

I'm just about to start supplementing and have been a bit apprehensive but just came across your video and feel much more at ease about it. Is there a best time of day to be taking it? With meals or on an empty stomach? And..will it upset my stomach?

Glad this video has helped to ease your apprehension about trying something new! I am not sure what the best time of day would be or if it will upset your stomach, but for me personally I take the majority of my supplements in the morning/mid morning with food. Hope this helps! :-)

how long can you take this supplement continuously? if you stop will the negative mental aspects reappear?
@healthreversion3 ай бұрын
@joe-zp7ge Great question and appreciate you asking. If you consider someone following a carnivore diet for example, because they are eating some form of meat everyday, they would be consuming small amounts of creatine each day and perhaps their body would not need to produce it's own given the amounts it is receiving through the meat. Supplementing on top of this can still produce benefits, but perhaps not as noticeable as someone following a vegan or vegetarian diet. Take for example someone who eats meat, but in modest quantities. Supplementing with creatine is really just adding one specific amino acid (or protein) to give the body an extra dose of a really powerful and potent amino acid. You will need to experiment for yourself, but if after, let's say 2 or 3 months, you took a break, your muscles and brain stores will naturally decrease over a period of time. Therefore, you could always have a break and 'cycle' like some people do where you could take a week or a month off every so often. Your body and subsequent symptoms will be your barometer. Hope this helps 🙏

I have been going to the gym recently and after training when I come home i feel very weak and mainly don't have much energy to do any work properly. I have also been preparing for an exam and I have not been able to focus on my studies properly. There are many backlogs which I have to complete. My exam is very near (8 months only) and it's a very huge syllabus. So after taking creatine will I able to maintain balance in my day to day life ?

I'm sorry to hear about your struggles and hope things do improve for you soon. I really can't answer that question, you would have to decide for yourself whether you will spend the money and trial it 👍

@@zote8106I would agree with you if this episode was about being saved. But it's rather about helping and aiding the brain/body to cope with unprecedented levels of stress in 2024. Strap in!
