Thank you for yet another masterclass. It was good to be able to see your “paint puddle” in your palette so I had an idea of the consistency of the water:pigment ratio (very watery, watery, milk, thin single cream , thicker double cream etc).

Thanks so much for this tutorial. I just got my first paint box yesterday with a very similar brush, you have totally persuaded me to start today! I am going to do a copy of your blue flowers first and then have a go at the tree..... I am all excited to start.....I just have to clear my desk first 🙄 I have watched so many of your videos now that the simplicity of this one has actually given me the confidence to have a go. I painted the tree! I'm really chuffed with myself :) Thankyou. My flowers are a little more tulip looking, just seems to be the way my fingers wanted to paint. I made lots of mistakes, mainly with the branches, but at least I could recognise that. I'll have to try and upload it somewhere. I need my daughter to help me do that LOL. But thanks again for inspiring me. I won't stop now :) From a very sunny and warm England today! x

i list all the supplies, including the brush sizes, in the description of my videos. you just have to click on "show more" underneath the viewing window (on a computer), or click on the down arrow underneath the window (when watching on a mobile device). for this particular painting, here's what the description says: " ... • 12-color watercolor paint set + small brush (Winsor & Newton Cottman) ... " the brush came with a pan set and there are no markings on it so i wasn't able to give that info. have a wonderful day!
