From Season 2, Episode 8 "Better Call Saul"
Breaking Bad follows protagonist Walter White (Bryan Cranston), a chemistry teacher who lives in New Mexico with his wife (Anna Gunn) and teenage son (RJ Mitte) who has cerebral palsy. White is diagnosed with Stage III cancer and given a prognosis of two years left to live. With a new sense of fearlessness based on his medical prognosis, and a desire to secure his family's financial security, White chooses to enter a dangerous world of drugs and crime and ascends to power in the world. The series explores how a fatal diagnosis such as White's releases a typical man from the daily concerns and constraints of normal society and follows his transformation from mild family man to a kingpin of the drug trade.

Even if it were the real Heisenberg, he'd know he stands no chance of outrunning them, and that they already have him IDed. The smart move is to surrender quietly, and then work behind the scenes to try and undermine the case from within, silence witnesses, destroy evidence, bribe officials, etc.
@Pyrple

I feel yah man. Everytime I'm depressed or in a good mood doesn't matter really, watching Chucks Chicanery rant in Better Call Saul always lifts my spirits every time. Especially his notorious line: "HE DEFECATED THROUGH A SUNROOF" I don't know why, but it will never stop being funny to me. Mostly probably due to the fact that it's so out of place & really has nothing to do with the bar hearing, since the case is about 1 lawyer breaking & entering, destroying evidence & falsifying important documents etc. I'm pretty sure the detail of Jimmy having used a sunroof as a toilet in the 90s, shouldn't be a relevant piece of information to use against him in order to revoke his law license. But the funny thing to me is, that Chuck never really got over it & seemed to have developed some kind of PTSD because of it. Those 2 shows have undoubtedly great healing powers. Bless you man

LOL Just no, absolutely NOTHING about this scene is AT ALL "sO cRingE" AT ALL in the slightest NOR is it 'sUsS" in the slightest. The only thing that IS "sO cRIngE" is your irksome comment here because you're not impressing anyone here AT ALL this is a FANTASTIC scene that EVERYONE is praising and loving entirely so here from how much full of life and character it is! It's a GREAT scene and shows that this series has a sense of humor to it. These scenes are fantastic as the series carries over a wave of different emotions for the different various scenes in this PHENOMENAL show! The great sense of humor truly brings it all alive for the setting and characters to have some fun for themselves! Hank has NO reason to suspect Walter at all in the slightest this earlier in the slightest. They never would have expected a guy like walter would have been a dangerous druglord, he acted too goofy and didn't look the part from their point of view as Walter was just in the way as he's been in other DEA drug busts raids with them before, and was the step brother to a DEA agent, that would have been insane for them to imagine. He didn't come off as "suspicious", he came off as just a friend who didn't really know what was happening during their operations. That's why and it all makes sense perfectly so!

The cops would just interrogate the fake Heisenberg and ask him questions only Walt would know the answers to . They would immediately know they caught the wrong guy . What are the chances the fake Heisenberg had the time to sit down and study everything the real one knows about the chemistry behind the blue meth and how everything plays out in general? No way

lol NOT at all, it's just that in the situation, they didn't have time to question anything, just quickly arrest the guy intill later questioning. The DEA are VERY smart from what they know at the moment here.
