Beth, I promise you don't need it! Just be sure to oil your pan in advance to ensure no sticking! Give them a try!

@@TheGurleyChef - I am! I just now bought the Brussels sprouts for it. I grew up in California and never tried a Brussels sprout in my life until I had them at an English friend's Christmas dinner when I was over 40 years old. It was love at first bite. I only wonder why it took so long. Did my mother hate them, or weren't they available in California in the 1970's?

What was the temp for the oven?

Hi, it was 400 degrees but you can definitely do 375 depending on how your oven heats and holds temperature. Enjoy!
