Usually I remove the seeds before salting, squeezing then frying. So yummy Also great in chunky pepper sauce

To Kesh. Thanks for the recipe. I live in Suriname, but my mom is from Trinidad. I'm using these videos to get in contact with my roots. I live Karaila. But I always take out the seeds. Can you eat the seeds just like that?
