Looks yummy You can also season it like how you would season fish to fry and then flour it and then deep fry it I do mine this way and it taste amazing 😊😊😊

Good explanation while cooking. Love the crispy type of Caraille very much with daal. I like it cooked with shrimp to eat with rice with or without daal.

Hi Jenna, i love love,caraille with all the bitterness i know weird but my mom was diabetic and never took bitterness out.You put my faves with it also. But you forgot the kutchela,i usually add whole geera to onion and garlic also.Hope you keep family safe and well.
