I love the bandanas, placemats and coasters, ice cream and yarn cozies. I would never make the bralette, and I struggle with finding more modern- looking granny squares - the ones I see always remind me of the 1970s which is not my favorite era. I’m open to ideas on grannies, though!

Thank you for a fabulous video! I’m a beginner but I have a huge yarn stash that could provide me the material for many of these projects! I like to make market bags, so that’s definitely on my to-crochet list, along with the mesh purse, phone holder, bookmarks and amigurumi. I won’t say I’ll never make clothing, but as a beginner, I’m rather intimidated by wearable projects. Have a beautiful day! ❤

Hi Toni, I appreciate you for taking time out to share with us all the beautiful crafts we can make. I have been crocheting for awhile off and on, it's so much for me to learn. Also I enjoyed the video with you and your Mom, having someone else that enjoys what you do is inspiring and encouraging too. It builds confidence to keep up with the gift of Crochet. I live in Maryland looking for classes, or is it a Group to sit with those who can relate with each other by sharing our projects and learn new patterns from one another. I do a lot of frogging my projects, I have yet to master the stitches into a pattern of my liking. I was recently asked by my daughter in love to crochet a throw blanket for her GMA for her to carry with as she goes to Dialysis. I have until the last week in June to be done. I am open for suggestions from all who will read this. Thanks a lot, Blessings to you all.

My sweet Toni! Thank you for all the hard work you do to bring us all the amazing content you do including your wonderful tutorials. A special thank you for focusing a bit more on Tunisian crochet. I love the look of Tunisian and one of my goals this year is to try it out and eventually get to an intermediate level at least. I was gifted your wonderful well put together Tunisian crochet book ( signed by you of course, I wouldn’t have it any other way 😂) and I can’t wait to do some of the projects. (Eventually probably of them. ) 😂 As for what I will be making for quick projects in between the many blankets I’ve started, I think I will be doing a little of everything you showed 😂 I am just extra that way! Being from Queens, New York 🗽 your mom’s neighboring borough , how can I not be extra. Like today, I went to Joann’s to pick up that new Bernat Lattice yarn which looks awesomely funky , and since they had not put them out in shelves yet, I ended up with a haul that I was not supposed to get. I did pick up new yarn 🧶 I did not know about that I love. I just have no control in a yarn store 😂 anywho sorry for rambling, again I’m just extra extra! 😂 love you My darling Toni! 💙🥰😘

Wow so much time that you've put in this video! I really enjoyed it and the idea of making a garland with bees, and maybe some flowers is so nice. I'm gonna start thinking about it. I'm a knitter, but sometimes I really get the urge to crochet something, but it has to be quick, because after a couple of days I want to go back to my knitting. Last year I discoverd the Onesiegurumi patterns, it's a really easy and fun way to crochet a cute, but detailed, animal. And you don't have to sew anything. There are a lot of patterns from this one designer on ravelry and they're all so cute. The first one I've made took me a while, but now I can make them in a couple of days, sometimes even in a weekend.

So many great ideas! I wanted to crochet a bralette-style top for the better half of a decade now and I never had the time or yarn or brain space empty for that... maybe, just maybe this year😅 And for my absolute no-gos I have a few, which leads to hot takes: - bookmarks: scares me in being too thick so the book gets marks or rips, I prefer paper or cardboard - coasters: they always seem like the thing thats gonna be standing on them has to have some general weight on it so the glass or whatever will not be falling on accident, which seems a little impractical to me. I have some cork ones from my great-granny and they're still fine - half a one: dishcloths: its wayy more convenient and eco friendly to cut up an old garment than buying or making ones. It will be only your dishes that could complain but they can't talk, so... I don't bother. I know the video idea was washcloths, but that is a good idea, so not my point. Just wanted to say that out loud. - scrunchies: a friend gifted me two a while back, I never use them because they tangle up my hair really bad and have the wrong elasticity for my preferences. Also they get greasy and dirty fast and take an awful long time to dry when in the rain. And because of the yarn she used, they are nearly not washable.
