Both of them are doing incredible work, very humbling to see what it takes for them to just try and live a life as normal as the next guy. Huge respect from the UK.

Wow! I'm in awe. I've been in crossfit since January 2015, absolutely love it. I have a 16 year old nephew who has been giving my sister struggles for quite some time. I've never thought about him in crossfit. Thanks for this awesome video and story.

Amazing work, i love the way you guys take crossfit to everyone, realy goog work. Suggestion: Include a resume of the metabolic and energy systems that we demand in every workout video, i think it will be really positive and we would learn some physiology and basics at the same time.
