I did it at the third session! You're the best! The warm ups helped as well as the hint about lifting through the core. Also the rocking motion. Best crow tutorial - didn't make much progress with other crow tutorials. Thank u so much, if I can do this pose, anyone can!

Great demo. We call crow pose Bakasana. And with straight arms Crane Pose is Kakasana. But usually in the US we use Bakasana or Crow pose for both versions.♥️🙏🏼🎉
