Wow, that is one steep cliff! Watching... 7:35: "It's all about not falling off." :D 14:30: Watching with captions - haha, it thinks you said "bat pistol spear." 18:00: OMG, your closeups are amazing! 22:57: GORGEOUS! A sweet, sweet video.

Your close-ups are great. Remember, judgement is the enemy of the creative process. To borrow from Firesign Theatre, we’re all bozos on this bus. I wish you a wonder-filled journey.

Some good lookin' crystals there I was polishing some Quartz yesterday and noticed *it has some gold* in it ! My first gold - woo (well, it's golden coloured and smaller than a grass seed, I'm never going to test it, so it's gold)

This is where I was born and raised! I try to go rock hunting as often as possible- and I walk lake Oroville after most rain storms for chunky clear boys- I was at upper park in Chico today hunting for jasper ♥️ Thank you for inspiring me to stick to my roots- I always bring offerings to counter act the few pieces I take. My dad grew up in Covelo, so the Putah creek area is on my list of day trips thanks to you 🌻 You rock my socks, I wish you lots of good luck on your travels. It makes my heart melt seeing my homes name.

Imagine finding crystals like that! A dream come true! The tiny very clear ones are adorable and would be beautiful in a necklace. I have a vein with crystals on a small island I own by the sea. I can follow the vein for almost 1000 meters. It goes under the sea and comes up again near land. I love crystals, I can’t own enough. Doesn’t matter if they are huge or small. Often the tiny ones are just as intriguing. Thank you for taking us with you on this trip!

Nice music. I want to view the fresh cut stones video , but it won’t play. I signed in. Anyway, nice crystal video. Be safe.

Nate, I hope the search for crystals has helped you on your way to the light. If only we could capture the crystal brilliance and keep it deep within our hearts and minds. A trek alone certainly helps to refresh that light, and the joy of finding those little gifts left out for us to happen upon seems to reinforce that. Large or small, the crystals are exquisite. Thank you for sharing this snippet of your personal journey.

Good crystals there, Nate. I love sparklies too. Not any of those around here in Wyoming where I live. Probably somewhere down south though. I know they find teeney-tiny rubies in the fire ant hills.

Sometimes we must lose ourselves before finding ourselves. Personally I don't like digging into the earth too much, and try to limit that. Earth is a giant living organism and I try to respect that. I usually go for surface material, but will dig a little if need be. Sweet little smokey there, and beautiful micro crystals!
@candywarmuth24554 жыл бұрын
If someone hadn't dug the earth, you'd have nothing to find here. ✌️😁

@@candywarmuth2455 That's fine. I don't tell others not to dig, and I don't judge others for it or expect anyone to live by what I feel. It's just a personal thing for me. I do most of my rockhounding on the beach, hehe! I've found plenty of nice crystals as float, good enuf for me

I have just started viewing these videos and I am mesmerised at how you go out there and collect these stones. But, if I sound stupid here, sorry. How do you care for the stones? Do you clean them? Do you soak them in water? How do you bring out their luster?

Yo! you are practically in my back yard. (I live in Chico). Check yourself over really good when you come up this way, the tics are really bad this year. Sure you know that already.

In case it is private property, owners do not want lots of people all over their property or to preserve the site.
