Hey guys, FatBuddyCat here! Today, we are replacing broken lights. This simple task can become problematic extremely fast since most options are universal and not guaranteed to work. I go about this with ZERO EXPERIENCE so that you can see what it really entails.

I've been stupid busy lately. I feel bad I haven't been able to catch up on everyone else's projects. The 140s are nice. I had a Zongshen 190 but sold it....a little too much gusto! These 125s are a blast. I rode this bike about 25 miles the other day like nothing. You still digging all that dirt at work? It's been wet as a MF up here. People's septics are running high from ground water alone.

This took me a solid 6-8 hours of physical labor and 4 in research. I try not to pay shipping as much as possible and often use Amazon.....who doesn't have the best selection. I REALLY like replacing parts with stuff you can get from multiple sources such as hardware and automotive stores.

Talk about a headache!! I picked up a slightly rougher condition one with a title but I'm just gonna build it into a dirtbike sorta mini instead of all this nonsense again!

Just use jb weld. It sands like bondo if you mix it right.

I used an adhesive back in the day that was strong like jb weld but somewhat flexible....I think it was automotive seam filler.

@@fatbuddycat idk if you ever used panel bond before but that stuff you can stick your shoe to the ceiling and hang upside down it's so legit.

I'm going to try and weld up the solid axle on the ct100 today....I really should find another frame or pay someone to MIG weld the tabs on but that's not my style.

@mklein5179 the big trick is getting it square to the engine plate. I'm doing the most straightforward and simple concept I could muster up.
