Shocked they didn’t snap at one of those dents. Nice upgrade. I ended up with stock replacement because options didn’t seem worth it. Nice video!

Don't you believe in a torque wrench?? great video helped me know what i am getting into this weekend.. Installing ZRP rear end rods,dogbones and plate. Front end same as yours but in black on both of my xmr's..GREAT JOB!!!!!

Thank you, I actually used to use a torque wrench but these bolts have been on and off the machine more times than I can count over the years that now when I torque them to what they are supposed to be they arent actually as tight as they should be. What I should probably do is replace all the hardware but a few ratchets with the impact has been working well for us lol. Thanks for watching. Zrp has great products. Love the content question for ya o have a 21 x3 that makes a rattling vibration sound at 4800-5200 rpm’s sounds like heat shield rattling. So I removed heat shield off the section of pipe with o2 sensor, clamped springs on exhaust, greased splines on drive line and still rattles. Have you ever heard or experienced this. Thanks

Yep. That is the clutch noise. P drive clutches on the new 2022 models fix that. You can do a relocation kit behind your head to lessen the noise of the clutches. I believe adrenaline cycles in Kentucky sells them or you can make your own like I did. It doesn’t get rid of all the noise but most of it.

Amazing how that flimsy stock suspension hold all that punishment you guys throw on your rigs. I believe 64 can withstand more abuse, i installed same a arms on my buddy 64 but same time the ct gusset kit

Hell ya, I’m surprised it lasted as long as it did lol. The 64” machines have less leverage on the suspension parts so I think that might have something to do with it.

Question for you , I just ordered a set of lower a arms from ct for my x3 and I was wandering roughly how long it took you to get yours in ? Some people told me months till I get them , I am really hoping not months haha

I got pretty lucky, I had mine in 3 days but ours is a 64” machine so maybe there is less of a demand. I just called and asked them rather than ordering online. Call David and talk to him. He’s a great guy and will give you a straight answer on lead times.

No, nothing is adjustable so it can only bolt in one way.

Put lower doors, 4 point harness, front bumper, winch and fang lights on it so far. Love how y’all’s roll cages look. The cage you see in the video is going to Georgia to a customer that had us build him one. That video will be out at a later date. “BUT” if sheri was to get a cage it would mostly likely match her a arms yes. which you would most likely see in an upcoming video in 2 weeks or so haha.

So Polaris had a new recall this past week for most rzr's sold within the past few years. The steering wheel spokes are breaking and the wheel is falling off! Thank god for French Canadian engineering lol #rzrfree
