Wow you would get eaten alive at my gym this all look fine until you are getting hit. All the comments are by guys who don’t have a clue. You are off balance most of the time and this instruction sucks read Force R. McAdam. General rule, keep your chin behind your front knee. The guys in line do not move in line.

Didnt see this comment but I can sense the hate... not a problem. I'll pin your comment so I can see any further comment offered by you within this conversation. 1. Which gym and country are you based? 2. If its possible I'll bring one of my fighters down when I can arrange for them to fly. 3. I've read plenty of textbooks on physical dynamics - both Macro and Quantum, understand all the conditions satisfying and relating to momentum, torque power, centre of mass etc... so I’ll probably pass this time on your self-proclaimed poetry book.

@@Charlessalbox This is difficult, I know I should not reply as you are not worth the time however let me indulge you. I owned the largest pure boxing gym by membership ever to have existed with over 2000 members, I am a qualified referee and judge both professional and amateur, an author and competed all over the UK. I never got knocked out or down for that matter and have won fights in 10 seconds. I have been a professional cornerman, cut man and trainer of fighters both national champions even in K1 in front of 70,000 spectators. I have been a professional sparring partner and have been involved in boxing for longer than you have been alive. There is no hate, the bulk of your advice is garbage and I get frustrated when guys represent themselves as experts offering advice which is simply wrong to impressionable youngsters. I currently own two gyms and simply don’t have the time to debate your cringe worthy advice, you do not deserve any more of my time. I am sure that you have not trained any fighters from scratch, you are living in the alternative universe, the one in which your advice and comments carry weight “You tube land”.

I am not hiding, Sugarrays - Canada. There is open sparring most every Saturday with all clubs welcome. I guarantee you will not be getting in the ring, it would be like putting a tomato in a blender. Thats was my point, you instantly pivot to someone else fighting, you are full of it buddy. The public won’t see this reply, its not hate - frankly you are under qualified and not worthy of a response. Did you ever even compete! LMAO. F=ma.

@@robertmcadam2216 🤣 I can see that you and logic are not the best of friends... on most days. You asked about my fighters, so what better way to demonstrate the efficacy of my training methods by asking one of them to spar. Anyway as you have every reason to feel confident in your background, experience and book writing skills how about this... I will be arranging with another coach, a training camp in Cuba with the Cuban National youth team (I have 2 guys here that have recently moved to the senior team) and national champions from Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, UK and a few other countries to train. Why don't I send you an invite and then we can see how things play out? BTW I don't need to disclose too much before we meet - as I prefer less back and forth - but I have competed before and one of my old UK coaches actually trained the National Canadian team... Mick Carney! Also F=MA is a classical approximation and not a true definition of Force.

Hey man. I just wanted to thank you for not grifting like 90% of the KZbin “boxers”. These are some of the first footwork drills I ever learned. You have a Great ability to explain how footwork translates into shots. A lot of coaches, even some of my favorites I’ve worked with, assume footwork just “comes to you”. No. I remember the first time I tried to feint, shift to throw a 3 and, I was shelled up...I’m sure you can guess what happened next smh. Anyway. Great 25 minutes of knowledge brother✊.

I suspect you're a natural athlete insofar as it hasn't occurred to you--in this particular tutorial, especially-- to mention the hips. For the same reason, I bet, you don't mention taking in oxygen or tying your shoes: all these things come naturally to born athletes. For everyone else, however, learning to loosen the hips, dropping the hips, etc is a pivotal revelation in adopting the fundamental movements of athletics. My own experience has been that the bulk of responsibility for executing basic speed, power, agility, balance--the dynamic stuff required in sports--is the triumvirate of the hips, core and glutes. At any rate, as ever, I respect your tutorials and have long appreciated Cuban fighters and that telltale, definitive style of theirs.
