I absolutely love Jolene but those fender skirts look horrible on this car. They don't match the absolutely gorgeous curves that you created, so putting the skirts on totally screw up the rear-end. The bottom line is it's Jolenes' world, and we're just here watching.

My dad’s old 50? Chevy pick up truck had a bumper that was of that style and it was actually tempered spring steel. I was towing a friend of mine who wasn’t good at keeping the slack out of the chain and when it yanked it actually busted the bumper rather than bend it. Which makes me wonder if you’re going to have to bend that I guess you’ll have to heat it. IDK I’m interested in seeing how this works

Your right about the work ethic. I wouldn't hire one person I work with now if I had my own company. What if,only a suggestion you drill a 1 inch hole where fuel is leaking on 34 Ford,drain fuel disconnect fuel line to tank blow that one out from carbie end,take outside run water through fuel tank for quite sometime then weld in threaded socket for drain plug then blow out tank to dry put plug in fill with some double strength vinegar slosh the car and after a day I guess drain vinegar through drain plug then blow out again till dry connect fuel line put in plug fill with petrol and some injector carbie cleaner.

Tomorrow, sit your bumper on jack stands, use a set of dividers or measuring tape to position your bumper in relationship to the car, draw duplication of the rear car profile with same dividers, by following the car's profile, because now you have a guide, no need in making a patern

Chad, what you do is no small feat. You clearly explain your every move to an invisible audience while letting the world watch you in action. I can honestly say I don’t think I could handle that kind of pressure. Before retiring, I was a master electrician at a large automotive assembly plant in Detroit, and I absolutely dreaded it whenever my boss or anyone else would want to watch me work, sometimes scrutinizing what I was doing. When I was focused on a task, there was no way I could hold a conversation and work at the same time-for me it just wasn’t possible. On another note, Jolene is incredible. Her marketing and technical expertise are key to showcasing your skills to a wide audience, allowing you both to turn your talents into a sustainable career. Good job!

Chad you could hold the bumper and metal that you welded to the bumper underneath the back of the car and measure out how far you want it and center it up and trace the back of the car on the metal to get the shape.
