Finally, a pre-built system that feels like it’s stepping into the future, both in design and performance. The aesthetic shift with Project Zero is more than just eye candy-this cable-free approach feels like a turning point in PC design. And while the performance benchmarks speak for themselves, what intrigues me is the balance CyberPower strikes here: the build looks sleek, but it doesn’t shy away from raw power. I can’t help but wonder if this clean, minimalist design is where high-end gaming rigs are heading. Imagine a future where every PC is this elegant.

Project Zero is good. I like the 'ASUS version' too, but I refuse to buy ASUS after all thats happened in the last year or 2. so MSI get my money. I see Cyberpower on their website seem to work very closely with MSI, as a lot of their boards are MSI - real shame they didnt hike the price up a little and put in a white motherboard, and a white GPU - unless they ran out of stock and if that is the case then they should really have canned this build and went black and came up with something else. Surely these videos are meant to show people in the UK what they can do, and surely the first thing a kitguru audience will do after looking at specs will say, 'well this has just been hashed together quickly without much thought'. Shame, they missed an opportunity.

A beautiful build. I'm all for Project Zero. My concern is the components: the motherboard has only one GPU connector power - remember that when testing suspect GPUs you often put them in another slot. Never mind other slots being used by powered cards. And does the motherboard have an adapter for a non-project zero GPU? Equally, how do you use that GPU in a non-PZ motherboard?

I've seen far cleaner builds not involving Project Zero mobo. The tubes are extremely annoying. Like fat wires. James once or twice had a radiator or whatever that alowed tubes being almost completely hidden with just a small part protruding above the CPU itself. It was glorious. Black cables going into the GPU, also ruin the aestetics. Would be much much better to have white cables. No need for cable mods. Just white PSU that should come with white cables. All that I am aware off do. Having the GPU in the so-called vertical position (according to the geometry laws it's still horizontal)which is really just sideways horizontal, where via vertical GPU stand fans face the glass, the PSU➡GPU cable is completely hidden. White aircooler also makes things much cleaner. No tubes. But I suppose with 14900KF aircoolers might not be an ideal solution.
@dreschaffhausen5693Ай бұрын
Hopefully arrow lake will mean the return of air coolers. Save a load of money and the system is way simpler.
@GameslordXYАй бұрын
@@dreschaffhausen5693 Eh, best of aircoolers can cool some quite powerful Intel CPUs. Especially now that Intel imposed some limits to how much CPU can be pushed. Thermalright Peerless Assasin passed the tests with flying colours. The CPU in question? 13700K . And Phantom Spirit is even better. Both are between 30 and 40$. Thermaright Phantom Spirit is a match for the mighty Noctua D15 Gen 1 . In some tests it has same or slightly better temps. Which makes D15 G2 not worth except for Noctua fetishists, because it is not immensely better.
