The acrylic standees really was a brilliant move for a starter set. It allows everyone to play straightaway, and those who want to collect and paint traditional miniatures can do that as well and just replace the standees when they are ready to go.

I think a better move would be to give us choice of either these standees or minis, like in the first cp:CZ box, so that we could combine. They should know these are treated like collectibles. To me it is a terrible, copout idea.

Awesome video, guys, keep up the great content. This game looks cool, and looks like it could be fun with the right people. A bit pricey though at 125$ for the base game + another 200-300$ for expansions and minis. Maybe I'll treat myself for my birthday in a couple of weeks. Btw are you guys planning to release the full unedited games so we can see you play the full games on the AJlive channel? Would be cool to see the whole thing from start to finish to get a better idea of how the game works and plays. :)

Thank you for trying to be helpful! The Acrylics in Edgerunners are Standard. However the Acrylics of the Cyberpunk RED units we are actually playing with in the video are Prototypes - they plan to perhaps sell these later for those that want them and like the Acrylics in the Edgerunners set.

But I think these are 'hobby' miniature skirmish/war games that kinda require them. I think standees would be a nice bonus more so than a replacement.
