Não acho que ela é subestimada , quem conhece a história dela sabe que no albúm A nigth to Remember ela bateu de frente com a Sony music e a mesma boicotou o disco a divulgação e distribuição pela mudança no visual e comportamento da Cyndi , queriam que ela fosse a sombra da Madonna e ela tem personalidade forte e não se submeteu aos desmandos foi ser dona do próprio estilo. Sempre teve muito talento , voz impecável ainda hoje aos quase 70 anos , canta ao vivo sem medo , coisa que algumas nem em plena juventude conseguem fazer .

This is different than one's usual idea of Cyndi Lauper. Perhaps her more ardent fans always knew she sang or could sing this way. I think she belts out this Tina Turner song pretty good! As far as Tom, well he had it then and I think probably still has it goin' on.
