The traditional Cypriot Halloumi from Eliza, with an idea for more relaxed and carefree baking of halloumi. Our ingredients are farm milk (unboiled), rennet, salt and mint. In each 1 cup of 250 ml of salt, we add about a tablespoon of salt and with it, we cover the halloumi, which will be kept in containers in a cool and dark place if we do not keep them in the freezer.
