Hello! Thank you for this wonderful recipe! I like that you used softened butter for the crumble. Most crumble recipes call for cold butter; which is so hard for me to work with . When I make this; I make it on a cookie sheet; which I think ppl call a Jelly Roll Pan. This would be amazing with rhubarb or strawberry rhubarb! Blessings!

Yes definitely softened butter. It would be very difficult with hard butter. Many blessings!

I am so confused! In America, powdered sugar contains sugar and corn starch. I thought that was confectioner's sugar.

Czech powdered sugar also contains corn starch. Just not as much as in USA.
