In this fun video I take my 12 year old son Zach fly fishing for bass on a cool desert river where we drift down 10 miles and pull poppers for smallies. Getting kids to cast a fly rod, control their line, hook and land fish is not an easy task. But, if you just enjoy the experience, and keep it fun, the day will be a success. Here's the secret... it's not about catching fish, it's about making it a fun experience and having a special time with your child. Hope you enjoy it as much as I did. :-)

Enjoying your content... question about the go pro... you put yours under water a lot. How are you ensuring that the sound/mic is still good after each time in the water? Are u blowing on it or just letting it dry out before you record again? I've heard the water messes with the mic sometimes.. Thanks

Hi Yussef! Yes, putting the Go Pro camera underwater muffles the mic and the sound is usually not great for the next 15 to 30 minutes until it dries out. But, I have a separate audio mic running so I really never use the audio from the Go Pro anyway. If you only have the Go Pro audio, then yes, I would trying blowing on the mic to get that water cleared out. Good question and thanks so much for the support!
