Like a boss. 100% 👍 but maybe a winch tail mounted on the truck?

Sorry, but I gotta say it. There’s a reason a lot of fly fishing KZbinrs don’t tell you where they are. The Green used to be a nice quiet, remote gem. It’s been overrun in the last 10 years with guides and tourists. I’m sure you got your clicks by the name of your title. I’ll remember you next time we float and we can’t find a hole to fish because they’re all filled with guides and tourists.

Done stuff like this before launching and loading using a tree and pulley

Stick a Craven’s jujubee midge under that dry and it gets even better on the Green through the slack water seams. So much fun. First fished it with Denny Breer and learned a few tricks to catch a few of those scuba tank size beasts. He is missed. I like the slow water below the Pugmire as well with the undercut banks. Sneaky good. A great river.

I like the little carpet pad at the bow roller. Place right before he slides his gelcoat bottom down the geologic razor blades. Ps, 3 wraps around trailer tongue also a 'belay system'

I can’t believe a buggy whipper would risk scratching his gel coat 😮 Way to break the mold 👍

Hello I’m a noob when it comes to fly fishing, I’m wondering the one time I had hooked into a nice creek brown in-front of a singular log going across the whole creek and it went down stream and quickly went under the log and got off and I was casting up stream so my body position was on the right of the log facing up stream. I’m not sure if I’m describing it the best but I hope you get the idea. Not sure if I’m suppose to walk the fish out under the log by running up stream? So far that’s my main problem I’m and I have lost many nice fish from logs like that.

All that messing around to set up the rope and belay and you could have just wrapped it 3-4 times around the boat trailer frame and lowered it down. Sometimes, simpler is better.

I have fished the Green River for the last 18 years before covid! It's an incredible fishery I'm trying to get a trip with my club here in Washington to set up a time for the last week and April and then into May I've never fished in this late Do you have any recommendations? Please 🙏
