Nice one! I will definitely make this. (I always add boiling water to hot meat when cooking to prevent shrinkage. cold water shrinks the meat)

That will depend on how many people you are cooking for. 1 cup of rice to two cups of water, but again, some rice take a lot of water, and some might be tricky at times depending on the brand. Thanks for watching. Appreciate it 🙏

Not much water at all. It all depends on how much you are making. Remember also that if you add too much water to cook the meat and the vegetable, then it might also be too much to cook the rice.
