Hi, Thanks for the video.. With the motivation from the videos I prepared a own diet chart and reduce 8 kg. I started to analyze the cause of weight gain and weight loss and finally with my own diet chart I started diet on lockdown 3 on 17th of April. I was 98.5 kg and now after one month I am at 90.2 kg.. Really it was a great shock for me that I have lost 8 kg in a month and being healthy.. Once again thank you for your video and motivation

i only had a cup of coffee and 2 slices of tuna sandwich for breakfast, lunch fried rice and dinner 2 slices of tuna sandwich. ate an orange and plum and some peanuts in between. that's all. count the calorie for me.

I guess our ancestors lived very simple life and basic food.. They not had so called western food diet in their routine..they had great morning life of hard physical work and food lk chappti - sabji, curd and carrots/cucumber (not whole salad) even for children tiffin chappti - sabji (n not sandwiches) truly life styles changed so much that we r hiring Western minds jn our life's.. We don't need diet or anything to follow we just need to go back to our roots and follow simple life.. What we all need is to plan out how much to our phones, how much to sit with phone at one place and carving on with junk food.. Bcz of such we don't sleep on time and cNt get up on time so we have to rush by taking our vehicles even to shorter distances.. Earlier ppl to walk till walkable distance lk station and that was their exercise...lot of things is changed agree and we need to change accordingly but i think we should keep our personal life very simple, simple food, much walking, doing work on time (so no stress ll come) taking out time to meet peoples around if our friends doesn't hv time to meet us so atlest their parents..so we ll not require such diet or different workouts..I m not biased but I think we forgot our roots and more towards western

Liked your video, have some queries. 1).banana in milk doesn't add in weight gain? 2) whats the purpose of cheese slice n butter in sandwich? 3). First of all weight loss is all about calorie deficit. Banana doesn't make u fat if you are in calorie deficit. Dates are very healthy, that's why they have used. (It is kind of optional) Raw oats may not taste good, u can boil it if u want to. But in my opinion boiling the oats in milk and having it is good way of getting a the benefits.cut the banana(or any fruit) and put into it as it is even more healthier Juices/smoothies are not so healthy coz the sugar level would have increased when grinded. when we consume it, our body will not absorb the nutrients properly since it is already a paste. According to science chewing 30-32 times helps a lot when u are trying to lose weight. It manipulates your brain that you are full when u are actually full. When you have Juices /smoothies, you don't get much satisfaction. And having omelette sand which is sufficient, no need to use so much of cheese and butter as it aids in more calories ( it is also better if we avoid rice,white bread,maida and junk food) Hopefully you are clear with your doubts payal.

to those who are saying "there is too much bread and rice" in the diet-- well starving your system of carb will only make you feel hungry no matter what and you would drop the diet faster than you could blink. Your brain won't function at its best either. Have done the low carb bullshit and lived through fever, and low iron to tell the tale. Depriving yourself of any food group will only make everyone malnourished . So give it a rest. If someone needs still less calorific density, skip some elements here and there but don't restrict macros. ( example maybe skip the cheese, or don't eat 1 cup but half cup rice or replace with roti etc)

Actually, i am not on a weight loss meal plan. I eat very moderately even without dieting and i am a foodie. Since i am on holidays, i like to cook different simple dishes for breakfast and dinner. Lunch i dine out. Or else i have to go out 3 times a day to buy food for myself to various eateries. Moreover, eating all meal outside is very unhealthy. I am the type i cannot eat the same dish continuosly for more than 2 days. I need variety in my meal.
