Baduanjin is the complete set of Qigong Exercise. It is a major influence of world medicine. Practicing this set of Qigong will help us to balance energies, heal and prevent a lot of diseases and make our body and mind happy and healthy.
There are 8 movements of this Set of Qigong:
1. Horse Stance Open Arms
2. Drawing The Arrow
3. Separating Heaven and Earth, Twisting Body
4. Horse Stance Washing Body
5. Big Bear Turning To Circle
6. Body Curving, Looking Up And Down
7. Clenching The Fist
8. Clicking Heels, Resting Lower Back.

I was elated to see you made this detailed explanation video on this very routine. Your presentation has been such a blessing to me. I started watching several months ago and thanks to you I have been inspired and have started moving more. Gaining more and more strength and energy. Now both me and my partner who has been diagnosed with MDS have joined a gym. We try to go 3 times a week. I find myself doing your stretching exercises whenever I can. I thought these movements would be easy, but I was sweating after doing Qigong. I have to admit, it was a bit challenging doing the moves while my right foot is still healing from a severe sprain injury 2 weeks ago, but I was able to manage following the movements with some care & caution. I feel good after doing the moves. I have fallen in love with Qigong....this is the starting point to a healthy life. Thank you so much for sharing this video. ✌Peace & ❤ love!

Thank you for generously sharing those instructions. These are my favorite Ba Duan Jin videos on the internet. I really like movement 4 Horse stance washing body, but most other Ba Duan Jin instructions have variations of"wise owl gaze backwards" as 4th movement. Is there a reason you have this one instead, or just a different variant of Ba Duan Jin? Best greetings from Sweden

🌺🌺 thank you! This routine helped me to forget about what's going on in the world. I'm checking out all of your classes, but already know that I'll be always coming back to all those based on massages for my mornings and more of flowing ones later in a day 🌺🌺🌺 I have one question, you say that male should put right hand over left and female the other way round ( or maybe it is the other way round altogether 🤔 I can't remember!) Why is that? What happens if I make a mistake ? 🌺

Dear Friend, For your question, For males put left hand inside, and right hand outside on top of left hand. And for females opposite ( means right hand inside, left hand outside on the top of right hand) . Doing like this for the sake of balancing energies. But if you can not remember, and you do the other way, it 's no problem.. Just fine!! Thank you for your sharing and asking , Smile to you!!
