I'm 72 yrs old na at npkadaming ininom na maintenance pero ngtry po akong sumunod sa mga vlogs nyo about low carb, salamat po una sa diyos pangalawa sa inyo doctora. ngayon po ang FBS ko is 92 to 106 nalng at tuloy parin po ako sa low carb diet. wala ng tinapayat.lahat halos ng my carb na pgkain iniwasan kona. maraming sqlamay po tlaga doc. sa mga vlogs nyo.

Na diagnosed po ako diabetic last feb 2023.. medyo na stressed po ako noong una.. pero sa ngayon doc na kinig ako sa mga explanation nyo.. nabuhayan ako ng pag pag kasi, simula ng bata ako, yung tinuturo nyong pag kain oara sa diabetico na tao yan yung pag kain na hirap na hirap kami sa buhay po.. kasi wala kaming pambili ng bigas..😅😅😅😅.. masaya lng isipin na yung sagot ng sakit ko balikan ko po yung previous routine ng style ng pamumuhay namin.. pag palain po kayo ng AHBA for your guidance.. Try nio hibiscus tea..or nilagang pinatuyo na bulaklak ng gumamela...mabisa yan 2 glass a day before meal. 1 month lang normal na blood sugar mo. Search nio sa google hibiscus tea.

Maraming maraming Salamat doktora sa very effective advices ninyo, I followed them religiously and lost 30 lbs in 60 days. Keep up the good work po and God bless! I will have my checkup end of July and we’ll see if my doctor will be surprised. I stopped taking Metformin because I don’t want my body to get used to taking it and just did your diet recommendations and intermittent fasting, which I think it’s working because my glucose level now average 125-132 compare before it was 220. We will see when I see my doctor next. Thanks again.

Take note po, ever since covid, I learned how to do backyard gardening and I have been planting green leaves and most of vegetable like zucchini, lettuces, cucumber, tomatoes, kale, snow peas, okra and many more, in short I plant my food and they are organic and fresh! Here in California, USA.

Totoo po un oatmeal nakataas ng sugar, kc gusto kong mag experiment 😁. Try kong mag check ng blood sugar sa morning 5.4 lang nung kumain ako ng isang cup ng oatmeal nag check ulet after 2hrs na shock ako nag spike to 11 ang blood sugar test ko😵💫 ( Diabetic po ako ).. nag lowcarb po ako 3mos ago so far nag lose na ng weight from 56kgs ti 47kgs na lng.. at mejo ok na rin un blood sugar😊. You may increase your protein intake and shorten your fasting period. Circadian fasting is okay, you can eat three times a day.

My A1c is 7, diagnosed diabetic. My dr gave me med but upon reading the complications for longterm use, natakot ako! Malala pa yung side effect than the diabetic itself. I did low carb, Ef start of first meal is at 3 with one loaf of bread, fruits and coffee. Lunch is heavy with lots of veg and sm amount of chicken/beef.No snacks, no soda, no sweets - cut down lahat including processed and fast food. And 20 min walking 4x a wk. After few months, a1c is 6, -1 ill be normal. Sakripisyo talaga at disiplina sa pagkain. Feel better now and still maintaining a healthy lifestyle, thou travel alot. Wag kain ng kain ,mas malaking prblema ang overweight.
