As long as you’re not acting like a dick people don’t care about cameras but planet fitness might be the wrong gym for you in general you need plates that don’t go “doot” when you add weight

I’m right there with you. It’s been a while since I’ve regularly put some earbuds in and just listened to music. For me, it seems like music is everywhere all of the time, so these days I prefer pods or peace & quiet. 🤷🏻♀️ Also, haven’t watched the vid yet, but thanks for droppin this. I’ve always really wanted to know more about body conditioning for skateboarding, important stretches/warmups & all that! LETS GOOO

I'm so bad at skipping leg day or going way too light haha. I do love smith machines. Especially for chest workouts. Makes it so much easier. I also rarely listen to music. Only because I know how powerful the subconscious mind is and I try to be careful what I take in. And if it's a catchy song, often the melody and lyrics will play over and over in my mind when I try to go to sleep and I have trouble turning it off. I often listen to classical music because it's calming and has no lyrics.

Doing squats on a smith machine is generally regarded as unhealthy for long term use. The range of motion is not natural and causes a lot of health problems. Love you dale but do you have formal weight training? I know youre taking on BJJ but BJJ really doesnt train professionally compared to other sports. Probably just as bad at understanding weight training as skateboarders.
