Nice to see a 4070ti in a build .. Seen so many that use Radeons as the power cables are easier to route and no 16 nvidia pin Poor video as lot of wiring routing missing etc , no fitment of psu etc . Just a general outline. Appreciate the time you took

Nice work and thanks for posting! Is there any resonance/turbulence noise from the GPU fans with the side panel on, under load? Scanned the comments here but couldnt see it asked! I've seen other people have issues with other slightly narrower cards like 63mm.... so assume this one would too!
@lungenbrötchen4 ай бұрын
I also put the Asus 4070 ti super in this case. If you spent some time with the cable managment it is a perfect fit, there is just enough space so it wont touch the side panel. Until it reaches about 60% load everything is fine. Sure you will hear it but it's fine. After that it is very loud, in fact it is unbelievable how loud this otherwise almost silent card will get. And it has nothing to do with the card itself, it is the side panel. As soon as you remove it, you hardly will notice the card even when under full load. I'm looking for a new case, just build it a week ago, but I'm unsatisfied with the noise on load, until I find something new, I remove the side panel while gaming. If you want to use this specific card with a heavy load and you want to run it silent or low noise, this case is not for you.

Pitty the best information is missing: do you get the case proper closed with this to high GPU
@poweredbychris3 ай бұрын
@@SaphirsKanal this a 3.25 slot card and is the absolute max. Yes you can close the side panel flush but this depends solely on how your aio tubes are routed. They must go up and over the PSU instead of under. I believe gamers nexus mentions this in his video. Some people complain about noise levels but I don't have an issue with noise or at least it doesn't bother me because it's to be expected with something this compact.

Pretty Solid. Idle 24°C Load 76°C. I replaced the fans. I wouldn't use this AIO though in this build. The pump is in the radiator and not the the cold plate that attaches to the CPU so the the life span will take a hit. I have the PC turned vertically so that the pump is at the lowest point

Hey one more question: i just ordered all the parts for my Dan a4 H20 build! I ordered the thicker asus tuf 4070ti as opposed to thinner models such as the eagle or ventus. I mainly did this becuase I liked the look and build quiality much more over the other options listed. I know that it will be much tighter and right tagainst the panel as you have shown. Do you think it is fine to go with the asus tuf model as opposed to thiner 4070ti models? Are you happy with the fitment or do you wish you would of gone with a thinner 4070ti?? Thanks for the viedeo my build is almost identical!
@poweredbychris Жыл бұрын
I like the asus tuf one better. Just personal preference and it comes with 2 hdmi ports. Im happy with the fitment though it I could be better. Its really going to depend on the cooler and the tube routing. Originally routed the tubes down and under the power supply but that put to much pressure on the end on the card, so you will have to at least run one over the power supply but I recommend running both over for no issue. The tubes on the msi cooler are pretty thick. GL!

@@commanderzavala5421 Yes it fits. just make sure you run the AIO tubes above the power supply. There is zero clearance but I think it works great. The card runs super quiet even under full load and the tone of the card matches the case. would recommend its just a tight fit.

are you able to close the panel and it not be bowed on the 4070ti side? you didn't show that side.

Looking at swapping my gpu with this very same one but I am using the EK Basic 240 Rad. Will tube routing over the psu be possible with that so I can fit this gpu? Also will custom cables be better for fitting in this gpu or are the stock Corsair ones just fine?
@carsonjohnson7659 Жыл бұрын
corsair cables are fine they are just gonna be packed in at the bottom of the case. and yes the tube routing is possible that what I did with a asus aio.

@blindman8093 Жыл бұрын
were you able to fit the side panel in the gpu side? is there a little gap between the gpu and the side panel?
@poweredbychris Жыл бұрын
It all depends on the tube routing on the aio. It wouldnt fit when routing the tubes down underneath the psu. So i routed one of them over the psu then it fits while just barely putting a bit of pressure on the side panel. If i routed both tube over the psu then there would be none.

@lungenbrötchen4 ай бұрын
Yes they are. If you put your gpu under full load, it gets loud. The card is too close to the side panel, they cant run silent, you will hear the air getting sucked through the holes. You won't notice it that much until 60%, but after that it is night and day if you remove the side panel during operation. @poweredbychris would you mind making a short video of your gpu under load while the panel is closed. To minimize the noise we would need around 5 additional millimeter (tested it) but there is no way you can get them with this card in that case. Its silent to a degree on moderate load, but if you hit the 80 to 90% like with Helldivers2 in 1440p with super sampling, and everything maxed out, forget it, you literally feel like you are in the warzone.
