Best Golf instructer on KZbin by far. I was doing exactly like this student was and took Dannys advice. Now as part of my setup I put my trail arm on my right Glute to pull back my right shoulder. Wow what a difference. Not only did I gain distance but now I am smashing the ball with a beautiful draw down the middle. Only started doing today but this is a game changer. Thanks Danny for all your tips. If your ever in Dallas look me up we have some great courses.

I had the same issue. My nephew who is a golf pro came to town two weeks ago and gave me a 2 minute lesson that pretty much fixed my slice. He just told me to picture a nail in the ball at 7:00 that points to 1:00. When I swing, try to drive the nail. First time out started to hit the ball straighter but direction was off. A lot of shots to the left. Once I trusted the swing and aimed center, started hitting the ball straight and on target with driver and irons. Played in 27 holes outing 9 days later and hit the fairway or green on 24 of 27 holes. I didn’t change anything else on my swing. Try it and trust it.

Danny, long time fan first time commenting. Took lessons for the first time since I started playing this wonderful game (almost 55 years ago). Natural drawer of the ball, I had a high weak fade creep into my driver. My instructor helped me with my shoulder alignment and the fix was in. Unfortunately he didn’t give me a pre shot routine to help when he wasn’t there. Your video with Liam did just that. Thank you so much…took it to the course without any range time and I was amazed at the results. I am back to hitting my baby draw and added at least 40-60 yards. This game is a lot more fun if you can get off the tee…thank you

Danny, I have watched quite a lot of your instructional videos and have to tell you my 14 handicap is headed down. The biggest difference maker in my swing was setup as you point out in this video. This has led to a much improved and consistent strike point which gives me the confidence to hit through the ball and not at it. At 64 I am returning to the game after a 15 year layoff and it has been a struggle to say the least. Last week I pared 11 holes but scored poorly due to an awful short game. I feel I am on track to be a single digit handicapper by the end of the year thanks to your excellent and well presented instruction!! Thanks again Danny...

Danny is the Man. I’m waiting for the video that will help older golfers to complete our swing and follow through.

I sliced my drives for 3 years (that's when I started golfing) and now I'm hitting them beautifully since I subscribed to your "Better Ball Striking Blueprint"!! I have to figure out new distances for my irons too because I'm hitting them SO much better now. Love having your lessons on my phone now so I can review them frequently. Thanks so much Danny, you have helped my game immensely!!! I got my very first birdie today on a par 4 hole. Hoping there are many more birdies in my future!

Liam's problems are a mirror image of my own so I will definitely be adopting this routine to every shot from now on. Simple effective instruction from Danny as usual.
