I've been watching Amazing World of Gumball out of boredom recently and found that in Season 2 episode 10 they reference this movie with a similar-looking panda character (blue headband, not purple) and the exact same horrid animation style. Note that in the show it's called "How to Ratatwong your Panda" and discussing how it's a "mockbuster from the bargain bin". Better ending: The fight between the panda and the bear that can't lose happens, the panda uses his amazing dance moves to swerve out of the way when he's being hit at, he incorporates his dancing knowledge into fighting and becomes a pro boxer. @Yetch To be fair, you have to have pretty high EQ to catch all of the subtle mimic expressions in the Little Panda Fighter. The movie is not some body language rookie "Lie to me" kind of bs and it let's you know that from the beginning. You don't have to be a skilled reader, for example, to recognise there is some terror hidden in Pancadas smile. But you have to be a man of delusion if you think something this horrifying can be just an animation blunder and not an elaborate, insideful artistic choice. I looked up the cast of this because Pancada's voice was unmistakably Dan Green (Yugi, Knuckles, and tons of other characters), but also like.
