it's funny to me how they got decently recognizable voice actors for this project. Greg, the green rat who says "precisely" is voiced by Mike Pollock, who you may know as the voice of Eggman from Sonic. Carol the waitress is Amy Rose. Marcell Toing's voice actor has also been in a ton of anime/games/cartoons. I wonder what they all think of this project now

i think that long buildup to "the secret ingredient is care and dedication" could have worked if he'd just been telling a pointless anecdote. like, "well, all my food shares one important ingredient. it's something i learned from my mentor years ago. whenever a dish i was working on wasn't turning out like i wanted, he would always remind me. the most important ingredient in anything you make is a full tablespoon of dedication and care!" all the "customers" are fed up and disappointed, but marcel doesn't notice. he's just like, "his guidance meant so much to me! thank you so much for asking!" and heads back to the kitchen.
