Anthony needs to give lessons to most married men out there..not just people who are in the dating field. I've been married for 23 years and my husband stopped trying YEARS ago. It's bad. I feel like I bend over backwards to spice things up and keep the fire burning, while he's just like 'meh'. When I confront him, he says we aren't dating anymore. There's no need to be extra anymore. u just articulated why i struggle with texting so well........ i go majorly into problem solving mode and i over analyze everything i can think of saying, and then i just feel robotic and unnatural so i end up not sending anything at all. the only time i enjoy texting is when it’s so casual and natural that i don’t have to think about what i’m saying, if that makes sense. so sending first messages is a real struggle for me lol

I was extremely overprepared when I sent my first text to my crush. I listened to “running home to you” from the flash and Jim and Pam’s wedding episode from the office. The girl posted on her Snapchat story asking for new streaks and I think streaks are dumb and pointless but I responded and said yea and I was nervous about getting through the whole “ok but who are you?” Cause we didn’t know eachother at the time but she was really chill about it and we’ve been talking for a few months now and it’s going pretty well.

Honestly, if there's something I learned from this video is that the last place you wanna meet new people, whether for romantic purposes or for just making new friends, is on the internet and dating apps. It just turns the whole thing into a challenge when it's supposed to be light and fun in real life. I personally suck at starting convos online, but when meeting face to face I rock because I'm being myself and I have fun from the first word that I say to a person.

Hey Anthony great new concept! I just thought I could give some constructive criticism on my personal ideas to perhaps make this series even better. First off Ik my attention span is pretty short so 20 minutes is a bit taxing. especially when it is all about this one person and one short text. I think if you were to keep the the 20 minute format (which is understandable, gotta make that money) it would be more engaging if mabey you cut to different people breaking down mabey a total of like 3 different texts in a video. Idk I was just craving a little more when it came to the actual text part since that is the real meat of the video. Also I thought the royalty free music was funny but a little distracting and out of place during some parts of the video. Not tryna be a hater, in fact I hope your channel receives a lot more traffic. I really quite like this video concept and just want to see it succeed.👍

In all honesty I would say meetup.com is great if you want to meet friends... I think it's dangerous to assume there is any romantic potential. HOWEVER there are groups for singles aka "photography for singles". Another more subtle scenario is say, if you make a really great friend in the regular photography group and they decide (or you ask) to set you up with a single friend of theirs. I secretly think meeting through friends is the best strategy out there.

honestly i am kind of the same as the guy. i have never liked the popular girls, and always liked this one girl. The problem is that i was never confident in walking up to her. I kinda tried to show my love over text (cause it was December and i was in the December feels) + no school) Most people might think i look very confident and like this popular guy but tbh when i'm not with a friend i get extremely shy. The problem with the text was that i was not straight forward enough. She probably thinks i'm a confident dude who would say something more forward if i liked her but i'm not.
