I read somewhere that even though Raymond Washington (R.H) was the founder of the Crips, he was mostly in jail during the Blood insurrection and when guns started to enter the picture. R.H was a brawler, a street fighter who didn't condone all the guns and murder. Ppl said he was so tough and good with his fists that he had the talent to become a champion boxer. Then I heard he fell in love with a woman and became less active on the streets (was that this girl's mother)? Then unfortunately that's around the time he got murdered.

No. more realistic and more in-depth accounts suggest he was down with the gunplay and taking opponents out. Crips were with the shooting and killing from day one, under his leadership. He even went to jail for a murder. They couldnt really pin it on him so the verdict says 2nd degree robbery, but the event that occured was really a murder at washington high school. Its common sense that these 2005ish articles about him beeing a fighter only were not realistic. I mean crips were shooting and killing and He was their leader, they were afraid of him, so he had to be a very very dangerous man who wouldnt mind killing you or having you killed by his baby crips. You cant hold that kind of weight in some of the wickedest city streets by going around fighting like a high school kid. If He wasnt down with the killing why nobody who did a killing or a shooting was disciplined from 1969 to 1973. If you do something thats against the code you get disciplined or banned from a gang right? Those who did murders was celebrated and rose in the ranks. It was the pinnacle of cripping to kill an enemy. So stop the bullshit

Rest your Soul Raymond Lee Washington and blessings to his family, friends and love one's... He was a leader and a teacher, a lot of the brothers just didn't pay attention past the intimidation and violence... He was a victim to the "System" his damnself... Everybody know who the Real Monsters are in this thing and they are the Government sad but true... and just for the record the coward who killed Raymond is probably dead himself and if not probably wishes he were... All these imbeciles on here getting the thrills on disrespecting a deceased man's Legacy are just mad that they didn't don't and never will have the guts to do half of the things Raymond did in Life and Death and that's stand up as a young black male and fight the system and conditions of the post civil rights black community... Most Gangstas show a different side when it comes to their family. Similar to a military drill sergeant. They may tough to the soldiers/cadets but they're sweet to their family

I'm not mad at her she's a victim of the endless cycle of gang banging but her daddy created this gang that left alot of other black kids without daddy's untill this day in state's east of southern cali there's daughters losing their father's to crippin and blodding and street life in general. i don't blame Raymond there was gang's before he was born i blame systematic oppression that caused a backwards mentality that affects some minorities

jacob anthony pereyra did I say all? I said most. It's up to you ultimately to bang in a gang. You just have to use your head. Every city is different to an extent but it's violent in every inner city so I already know some people are forced in but it's not a lot.

People who join Gangs are literal retards Its already been studied People join gangs because of their lack of intellectual abilities to find an alternative solution. These people who participate in this have an IQ in the 80's range and below.
