This killer 8 minute workout takes you through four different med ball ab exercises. Using a medicine ball you will perform the med ball crunch, med ball mountain climber, russian twists and single leg suitcases. If you don't have a medicine ball you can always follow along without one.

So far so good, it's very easy to hold on to with workouts I do with it, although I do wish though I would have ordered a heavier one, the ones at the gym I used to go to must have been overweight because this one felt pretty light compared to those that said they were also 8 pounds. Great product though, I love it and plan on keeping it for a while at least until I need a bigger one

I never had abs in my life, I started this once or twice a week consistently for a few months plus lots of cardio and I have crazy 6 pack now this routine works just gotta burn calories running or riding as well 😊

233.4 lbs. Completed this workout at the gym. Definitely difficult but easy enough that I didn't give up. Great job!!

On the mountain climber are you bringing your knee toward your opposite shoulder or just toward the middle under the chest?

Thank you for this workout! I hurt my wrist while doing yoga and had to slow down for a couple of months and found your medicine ball routine and it is perfect for me. The timing on each exercise and the resting cycles were exactly what I was looking for. Thanks for posting this.

When I do the medicine ball crunch it hurts my neck, any advice?

For that movement don’t use the med ball. Put you’re hands on your neck/back of head to protect it. Be sure to use your abs/core instead of pulling from your arms. Hope that helps.
