Today is day 1 of the @MedicalMediumAnthonyWilliam 3:6:9 Advanced Liver cleanse.
And I hope you are just as ready as I am!
We're going to start our day with one user 32 ounces/ 1 liter of water with lemon. You can add a teaspoon of raw honey to it if you like.
Juice of 1 lemon or 2 limes and add 32 ounces/ 1 liter water.
Squeeze the juice from the freshly cut lemon or limes into the water, straining seeds if necessary. Wait at least 15 to 30 minutes after you finish drinking your lemon or lime water before you consume your celery juice.
So, 15 to 30 minutes later we're having a plain celery juice 750ml/ 24 oz.
Make sure to stream the celery juice before drinking it. This takes out the extra pulp and allows your body to fully absorb all the nutrients.
For breakfast 15 to 30 minutes after our celery juice we're having the Heavy Metal Detox Smoothie.
Here is the recipe for the Heavy Metal Detox Smoothie:
2 bananas
2 cups frozen or fresh wild blueberries, or 2 ounces pure wild blueberry juice, or 2 tablespoons pure wild blueberry powder
1 cup tightly packed fresh cilantro
1 teaspoon barley grass juice powder
1 teaspoon spirulina
1 tablespoon Atlantic dulse or 2 dropperfuls Atlantic dulse liquid
1 orange, juiced
1⁄2 to 1 cup water, coconut water, or additional fresh-squeezed orange juice (optional) Make sure the coconut water doesn’t contain additives and is not pink!
Directions:
In a high speed blender, blend all ingredients until smooth. If a thinner consistency is desired, add up to 1 cup of water. Enjoy!
Optional: Water, coconut water or fresh orange juice to blend.
If we’re feeling hungry mid-morning we can have apples or or an applesauce I think I'm going to chop up some apples today. Scroll down to see the apple sauce recipe:
