Beginning a calisthenics journey. I do zero strength training so this is hard work! Let’s see where this takes us :D

So this is what I know about Calisthenics.. It was taught to me by a old hunting buddy back in my teens. He has passed away a few years back, he served in Vietnam and was a 3rd degree black belt. He was actually my fathers friend, but to me he was a uncle. Anyways, I would get sleepy and bored so I was told be to exercise while sitting still (again I am hunting on a stand 30 feet in the air). The practice was perfect.. it kept awake and staid warmer. Ms. Frizz if you want to reach out to me I will explain it to you.. All you need is a chair. It also helps with cognitive health..
