Last year, I completed the 6 wk shred 2. I am on day 10. I was yelling at you and how you're killing me with this one!! It was a great workout but I was glad to be done! Looking forward to seeing how I feel and look after this challenge!!

Finally here, I've been eying this hour video since I started the program. I cant find the weekly workout schedule for this 6 week plan so im going 5 days on 2 days off. This is my Friday burn and the comments are inspiring to end the week. I did the other 30 min 6 week program first to work my way up to this monster program. Night and day challenge between the 2 so far.

Dan you are saving me! I have done the program thus far and did this 1 hour session today. I feel many improvements, muscle growth, weight loss and endurance increasing. I feel the dreaded gobble & sumo squats get easier after not so long. I really enjoy the two minute bouts of the X5 done in intervals. Thanks man you are a legend and I love your channel!
