Can you please make a video for cyclist, I cycle every weekend gradually I am increasing the distance (presently around 25 to 30km, Goal to increase the distance to 50-60 km) . Ma'am, a small request here. Please try to incorporate all the content(Topic wise or Subject wise) in 7 portions only. so that Day1 to Day7 will be followed easily by playing Day1 on Sunday, Day2 on Monday and Day3 on Tuesday ....Day7 on Saturday. Ex: Simple Yoga in 7 videos, Intermediate in 7 videos and complex yoga in 7 videos. Pranayama in 7 videos like that...i don't think time is a problem. not sure if i made the point clearly or not. Other part which i liked is individual videos for each asana explaining how to do it.

Can I give you a suggestion regarding the spoken language? Normally, you don't say 'your both the legs'. You could say both of your legs or both the legs.
